Horse Trailer - Panel Rack

Horse Trailer

I prefer to contain Tanna at rides with metal corral panels. Daniel added a rack to carry the panels on the top of the trailer.

The rack is made out of angle iron and bolts. The side supports are bolted to the trailer supports for security. The top supports are bolted to the side supports.

The passenger side supports extend up to create a wall for the panels to rest against and to allow for more stability during transit.

Daniel loads the panels using a ladder. After loading, the panels are strapped to the top and side supports with heavy-duty ratchet straps. Then the ladder is hung on the driver's side supports (which are lower to facilitate loading and unloading) and secured during transit.
